What began as a stop on a family adventure around Australia has become home for Hannah and Lee Evans. Drawn in by Kalgoorlie’s opportunities and close-knit community, the couple soon realised it was the perfect place to build their careers and raise their three children.

Hannah saw the potential to create something of her own and opened Arc Beauty Studio, a brow and lash salon on Hannan Street. Lee joined Emyjor Services as a Fleet and Maintenance Manager, a role that has provided great career opportunities and stability. With both careers flourishing, they decided to make Kalgoorlie their permanent home.

Outside of work, family time is everything. Whether it’s days at home, enjoying the outdoors, or heading off on family trips away, they make the most of every moment together. They love being part of the community and feel the support from locals has truly made Kalgoorlie home.

For Hannah and Lee, Kalgoorlie is more than a place to live. It is where they have built their family, their careers and their future.
