Technical Service Representative – Kalgoorlie

IMDEX is looking for a dynamic Technical Service Representative to lead the charge in promoting our industry-leading products and services. The successful candidate will be based in Kalgoorlie, working in the Kalgoorlie office and be required to travel to sites regularly. This is a permanent position with a highly competitive salary, bonus, car, fuel plus more benefits.

As the face of IMDEX to our clients, your day-to-day will include:

· Marketing and selling IMDEX’s solutions to both existing and potential customers (no cold calls – more building on existing relationships)

· Serving as the go-to expert for client inquiries, ensuring fast and effective solutions

· Crafting tailored solutions that align with each client’s goals and operational needs

To be successful

We're looking for someone who is passionate about building relationships and driving results. The successful candidate will have exceptional Account management skills with significant experience in either the resources, exploration, or drilling industry. Training with IMDEX products will be provided. Must be a willingness to travel to remote mine sites (minimum 1 week per month)
