Resource Administrator

Monadelphous Mining and Minerals Southern Division is looking for a new Resource Administrator to join our team located in the Goldfields! This is a Permanent Full Time opportunity, working Monday to Friday assisting our team with mobilisation tasks such as booking compliance tickets, liaising with operations and ensuring the smooth process mobilisation of our local core crew and contractors. This role will be based in our Kalgoorlie branch, working from 7:30am to 4:00pm. Please be aware that only candidates who live locally to the area will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking medicals and LabDAS appointments
  • Maintaining compliance of records and site requirements 
  • Keeping up to date with operational changes and roster commitments
  • Liaising with field and Perth based teams
  • Issuing site compliance inductions
