The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for delivering a full range of HR services across BGHS. This role also provides support across various HR functions including (but not limited to) recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance management, monitoring employee
Qualification in Human Resources and/or Business Administration
High level oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and liaise effectively with staff and key stakeholders
Experience using HR management software (e.g., CONNX)
Current Working with Children Check
National Criminal History Check (Police Clearance valid within 3 months)
WA ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence
