Role Description

 This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lawyer, based in Kalgoorlie, WA, with flexibility for remote work from Perth. The Lawyer will be responsible for their own matters, appearing in various Courts - Supreme, District, Magistrates and Family Court, dealing directly with a high case load in a high performing environment.

Qualifications

o Strong litigation, dispute resolution, and negotiation skills

o Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and client relation skills

o Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking skills

o Proficiency in relevant legal software and tools is a plus

o Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

o Degree in Law and current practicing certificate in Western Australia

o Previous experience in family, crime, commercial (desirable)
