We are expanding our Occupational Health team and are seeking an Exercise Scientist to play a key role in delivering high-quality pre-employment and functional health assessments. Comprehensive training and onboarding are provided — perfect for both experienced clinicians and new graduates eager to grow.
🔶 About the Role
As an Exercise Scientist in our Occupational Health division, you will be responsible for completing pre-employment health screenings including musculoskeletal assessments, fitness testing, and general health evaluations. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure accurate, efficient, and professional delivery of services.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in our modern Kalgoorlie clinic.
🔶 Key Responsibilities

Conduct worker histories and physical examinations

Perform musculoskeletal screening and functional/fitness assessments

Carry out medical screening including:

Liaise with corporate and occupational health partners

Maintain accurate reports and administrative documentation

Work collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team
