If your happy place is behind the controls of an Excavator or Loader, you’re about to strike pay dirt.

Our client is running big contracts across regional WA and needs skilled operators who know how to shift the earth and shape the landscape.

They’re in the business of exploration and mining services... from drill pad prep and road construction to mine site rehab and bulk earthworks. Right now, they’re digging deep for Excavator and Loader Operators (and if you can run a Grader too, you’ll really smooth things out).

THE ROLE (GROUND-BREAKING, LITERALLY)

You’ll be the multi-machine maestro keeping projects on track and the earth in good order. Your days might include:

• Prepping and rehabilitating drill pads like a master sculptor
• Building roads, camps and drainage systems that last
• Doing bulk earthworks and mine site rehab that would make Mother Nature nod in approval

If it moves dirt, shapes ground or keeps mines running - you’re on it.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE (AND THE WORKSITE)

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (full, unrestricted working rights) 
• At least a year of experience in civil or mining operations
• Proven skills operating Excavators and Loaders (Grader a plus)
• Final trim skills (huge bonus) 
• The ability to work from plans and specs without breaking a sweat
• Relevant mobile plant tickets or VOCs
• Mechanical know-how for basic servicing and minor fixes
• HR Licence, National Police Clearance 
• A clean bill of health and the ability to pass D&A checks
