Key Responsibilities
- Support clients in a safe, respectful, and culturally appropriate way
- Monitor client wellbeing and safety during their stay
- Work as part of a small, supportive team
- Maintain basic records and reports
- Assist with cleaning and general duties within the facility
- Work rostered shifts
