The Hannans Club is seeking a reliable and motivated Barista to oversee daily café operations during breakfast and daytime trade. This role involves preparing high quality coffee and beverages, supervising staff, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the café and service areas.

Key Responsibilities.

• Prepare and serve coffee and cold beverages to a high standard
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Supervise and support junior and floor staff during shifts
• Open and close the café/bar area
• Operate POS and EFTPOS systems accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining and service areas
• Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking and ordering
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and RSA requirements are followed
