Asset & Maintenance Coordinator

Emyjor Services is a locally operated, ISO-accredited business delivering plumbing, excavation and carpentry services across residential, commercial and mining sectors.
We’re looking for a hands-on Asset & Maintenance Coordinator to take ownership of our fleet, plant, equipment and tooling, keeping everything compliant, maintained and running efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing fleet, plant, equipment and tooling availability
- Coordinating servicing, maintenance and repairs
- Maintaining accurate asset records and system updates
- Monitoring fleet usage (KM/hours)
- Managing compliance registers
- Coordinating 3, 6 and 12-month inspections
- Conducting workshop audits
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors and internal teams
- Supporting day-to-day operational logistics
About You
- Experience in fleet, asset, maintenance or workshop coordination
- Strong organisation and ability to juggle priorities
- High attention to detail
- Confident using systems
- Able to communicate well with trades and suppliers
- Proactive, reliable and takes ownership
Requirements
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence (HR advantageous)
- National Police Clearance (or able to obtain)
- Able to pass pre-employment medical + LABDAS
- Solid mechanical understanding (ex-mechanic highly regarded)
