Administration Officer – Kalgoorlie Residential
Team KMS is looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join our Kalgoorlie team. This full-time role will provide administrative support across various aspects of the business, with a focus on supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our workshop.
The role is Monday – Friday. 07:30am – 4:00pm and ½ hour lunch break

Key Responsibilities:
- Obtaining all vehicle fleet approvals.
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and Microsoft Calendar.
- Preparing and processing customer invoices.
- Matching PO’s and entering invoices for payment.
- Booking travel for site employees.
- Coordinating site labour mobilisation and onboarding.
- Collecting parts from suppliers.
- Assisting with returning of client vehicles.
- Weekly Payroll processing, when required.
- Procurement tasks
- Social Media updates
Key Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Mechanical or parts knowledge (preferred)
- Accounts payable and receivable experience.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience using Myob.
- Australian Drivers Licence.
- Skills in troubleshooting and supporting IT systems.
